What an end of week....

Poor Little Man was very sick on Thursday. He's showing you his diet he had for the day... juice and crackers.

Mason has what we think is a heat rash all over his body. Little bumps everywhere except his noggin.


Thursday started off with Mason having a 103.3 fever at around 7am. Through-out the day the fever would not go down. Towards night time, around 8, Mason's temperature started to go up and up. Medicine didn't seem to be touching it. So, when it hit 104.5 I said that was it and we took Mason to the emergency room around 9:30 pm. Poor thing went through tests, X-rays, had an IV in him for fluids...... was horrible. They couldn't seem to find what was exactly causing this (though I am glad they did test everything just in case). Basically a viral thing. As of Sunday he's back to himself despite the red bumps all over, but he does have a Doc appointment tomorrow for follow-up. Now... Kailyn has been sick since yesterday with what Mason kinda has/had. She isn't nearly as bad.

Also, to add to Thursday's drama... I got a phone call from the owner of my company to let me know that I was being laid-off (amongst many others). So, please keep us in your prayers. God has bigger plans for us, just have to wait and see.
